Personal Service

We will use the information in your form to look for suitable au pairs and contact you with details. When you are interested in a particular au pair, we will arrange for you to interview them either in person or by telephone. Where possible, we will visit your home to talk with you about what you and the au pair can expect from one another as well as what you will need to provide for your au pair. We will also provide references, medical certificate and Police check and ensure a visa is arranged, where necessary, for your au pair. We will continue to liaise with both the family and the au pair to ensure arrangements run smoothly and will assist you in finding a suitable language school for your au pair. We will call both you and the au pair a couple of weeks after arrival to ensure that everyone is happy and settled.

Family Information

It is helpful to provide as much information about your family as possible, in order that we can find the best match. Details of local information that you think might be useful, ie public transport, other au pairs in the area, will be passed on - the more confident your au pair on arrival, the sooner you will all settle into a routine and the happier everyone will be.

Terms, Conditions and Fees

We charge a small registration fee (refundable on placement) plus an introduction fee which is levied once you accept the Au Pair. There are also Terms and Conditions that we will require you to accept - by submitting the on-line registration form you are entering into a contract with Aupairs4London.co.uk.
